She emphasized her commitment to accountability and transparency, values she believes are essential for restoring and maintaining trust between the board, educators, and the community. Davis made it clear that she does not view the school board seat as a position of authority, but rather as a collaborative role that requires working closely with fellow board members, administrators, teachers, and parents to make decisions that best serve all students. Her approach centers on open communication and shared responsibility, aimed at creating a stronger and more unified school system.
